3.3 KYC Verification
25ph9 conducts identity verification in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer obligations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued Philippine identification documents (including but not limited to a Philippine passport, SSS UMID card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
25ph9 recommends completing your KYC verification early — ideally shortly after registration — so that there are no delays when you wish to withdraw winnings. The process typically completes within 1–4 hours during Philippine Standard Time business hours.

25ph9 does not charge fees on deposits from our side. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 25ph9's control. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. 25ph9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network congestion on blockchain networks.
All funds deposited into a 25ph9 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made via payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. 25ph9 may withhold winnings and close Accounts where third-party payment sources are identified.
25ph9 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, either platform-wide or at the individual Account level, in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals from your 25ph9 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing times from 25ph9's side are as follows: GCash — under 5 minutes for verified accounts; PayMaya — under 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — 1 to 3 hours; USDT — approximately 10 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. Times reflect 25ph9's internal processing and do not account for receiving institution processing windows.
25ph9 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to seventy-two (72) hours in cases where additional security verification is required, where a Player's account is under review for unusual activity, or where 25ph9 is required to comply with regulatory obligations. 25ph9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
25ph9 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events outside 25ph9's reasonable control (including force majeure events). 25ph9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of unplanned outages and will communicate status updates where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits 25ph9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Section 12
25ph9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, withhold funds, and void pending bets and bonuses at any time and without prior notice where:
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 25ph9 Account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to the Player via their primary withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. 25ph9 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All Player complaints are reviewed impartially by a member of the compliance team who was not involved in the original transaction or interaction that gave rise to the dispute.
